All promotions are organised by Protech Kit Zone under Premium One Sports Sdn Bhd (1455937-D).
Promotions are valid for selected items only and while stocks last.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, member discounts, or bundle deals unless stated otherwise.
For promotional items that include a box, Protech Kit Zone will NOT accept returns or issue refunds for any minor wear and tear or damage sustained to the box packaging.
Free or discounted items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges, except for manufacturing defects.
All discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on eligible items.
Protech Kit Zone reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the promotions without prior notice.

During the promotion period, if any item becomes out of stock after purchase, Protech Kit Zone reserves the right to ship the available items first and refund the out-of-stock item(s) accordingly without prior notice.
