Credit Notes
- If for whatever reason, you would like to return the stock to us (excluded personalized item), you can do so by returning it within 7 days of receipt of product via mail to the outlet address in which you received the item from. We will issue you a credit note with no expired date. Please be aware that you will bear the return shipment cost.
- This credit note can be used as mode of payment but do make note that partial redemption of credit note will not be allowed. You will need to buy a product of either higher or same value as your credit note.
